Legal notice, privacy policy, cookies, diagnostic disclaimer and service conditions for NEXO ELE, a premium online Spanish learning project for adults worldwide.
1. Legal notice
This website is operated by the person responsible for the NEXO ELE educational project. The following identification data should be completed and reviewed before final publication:
2. Activity and tax status
NEXO ELE provides online Spanish learning services for adults, including diagnostic orientation, private online lessons, pedagogical guidance and language learning support.
The activity will be declared in Spain according to the applicable tax and social security rules. The owner may also have an employment relationship outside NEXO ELE. Any independent professional activity will be organised so that it is compatible with the applicable labour, tax and social security obligations.
VAT / IGIC treatment
Depending on the exact nature of the service, place of supply, client location and tax registration, educational services may be subject to VAT, IGIC or an applicable exemption. In Spain and the Canary Islands, educational activities and private tuition may be exempt when the legal requirements are met, especially where the teaching concerns subjects included in official study plans or recognised language education.
Live, personalised Spanish lessons are intended to be treated according to the tax classification confirmed by a professional adviser. If a service is considered exempt, invoices will state the applicable exemption. If a service is not exempt or is supplied to a client/location requiring another treatment, the relevant tax treatment will be applied.

6. Diagnostic disclaimer
The NEXO ELE diagnostic test is an educational orientation tool designed to provide an initial map of a learner’s Spanish architecture: approximate level, possible blocks, recurring patterns, fossilised errors and recommended next step.
The diagnostic is not:
- An official CEFR certification.
- An Instituto Cervantes or official exam result.
- An academic qualification.
- A clinical, psychological, neuropsychological or medical assessment.
- A guarantee of results within a fixed number of lessons.
The diagnostic can:
- Offer an initial orientation within the NEXO ELE ten-level architecture.
- Help detect possible fossilised errors or unstable areas.
- Suggest whether a full diagnostic session may be useful.
- Support pedagogical decision-making for future lessons.
7. Terms of service
NEXO ELE offers online Spanish learning services for adults. Services may include diagnostic sessions, private lessons, correction routes, oral practice, written feedback and educational guidance.
Nature of the service
The service is educational and personalised. The learner’s progress depends on several factors, including previous knowledge, exposure to Spanish, attendance, practice, motivation, consistency and individual learning rhythm.
No guaranteed outcome
NEXO ELE does not guarantee that a learner will reach a specific official level, pass an exam or obtain a particular professional result within a fixed time. The method provides structure, diagnosis, guidance and expert instruction, but language learning requires active participation.
Client responsibility
- Provide accurate information about their level, goals and availability.
- Attend sessions on time.
- Complete agreed preparation or consolidation tasks when applicable.
- Respect payment, cancellation and rescheduling rules.
- Use materials only for personal learning unless written permission is granted.
8. Payments, cancellations and refunds
Prices, lesson packages, payment methods, cancellation rules and rescheduling conditions will be communicated before booking a paid service.
Recommended operating policy
- Quick diagnostic orientation: free.
- Full diagnostic session: free or paid depending on the current offer displayed or agreed.
- Private lessons: booked after confirmation of schedule, price and conditions.
- Cancellations or rescheduling should normally be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
- No-shows or late cancellations may be charged if previously communicated and accepted.
Digital services and withdrawal
If digital products, recorded materials, memberships or downloadable resources are sold in the future, specific consumer withdrawal and refund conditions will be displayed before purchase.
